The entire staff was friendly, patient, and professional. They made the whole process easy. The office is beautiful, well organized and clean. The staff who helped me pick out my daughter’s new glasses were amazing.

I strongly recommend Lucent Family Eye Care for kids. The staff are very friendly, patient, and make children feel comfortable during the visit. The doctors take the time to explain everything clearly in detail after the examination, which really helps parents understand the results and next steps. My dad had dry eye treatment here and we have noticed improvement. His eyes water less and he doesn't rub his eyes anymore.
He's in his 80s and they made it extra special for him to be comfortable everytime we went for his treatment.
We also noticed a brightening of his face which was nice.

Dr Yee is the best. We started seeing her in Burnaby and so glad that she now has this Vancouver location. I particularly value her exhaustive knowledge and commitment to professional development. I had an amazing experience at Lucent Eye Care Clinic. Dr. Yee and the staff were incredibly kind and explained everything in detail. I was worried because some bleach got in my eyes, but they used professional equipment to thoroughly check them. Dr. Yee also speaks Korean, so whenever I didn’t understand certain medical terms, she explained them in Korean. I highly recommend this clinic! 🙂

Excellent service overall. Great availability of appointments and they facilitate direct billing to insurance. The location is bright and clean, and has some great tech to help you get a better eye exam - no dilation drops required. A fantastic selection of frames and lenses as well. Very personalized shopping experience.
